LOGICUBE® LAUNCHES NEXT-GENERATION FORENSIC IMAGING TECHNOLOGY

FALCON®-NEO TO REVOLUTIONIZE SPEED OF DIGITAL FORENSIC INVESTIGATIONS

March 15, 2018 Chatsworth, CA. Logicube® Inc., the industry’s leader in digital forensic imaging and hard drive duplication technology, has announced the next-generation of its ground-breaking Forensic Falcon® imaging solution. The Falcon®-NEO is a future-focused solution designed to streamline forensic evidence collection processes, in which speed is critical to capture evidence and quickly move to the analysis stage of the investigation.

“Our engineering team has focused on new features and improvements that give investigators a tool that can securely capture large amounts of forensic evidence in the shortest amount of time in the field or in the lab,” commented Farid Emrani, President and CEO of Logicube. “Five years ago we revolutionized forensic imaging technology with the launch of the Forensic Falcon. That product set a new standard in digital forensic imaging technology and cemented our position as a pioneer in the industry. The next-generation solution, the Falcon-NEO, provides digital forensic investigators with unparalleled speed at almost 60% faster than the previous generation and 50% faster than our competitor’s products,” stated Mr. Emrani.

The Falcon-NEO provides unmatched imaging speeds surpassing 50GB/min., and allows users to image and verify from 4 write-protected source drives to up to 6 different destinations. The Falcon-NEO’s multi-tasking feature, which allows users to perform imaging, wiping and hash tasks simultaneously, improves efficiency and shortens the evidence collection process. Falcon-NEO features two 10GbE network connections for extremely fast imaging to/from a network repository or network attached storage devices. A network traffic capture feature allows you to capture traffic, internet activity and VOIP, and store captured packets on a hard drive connected to Falcon-NEO. The unit provides broad interface support including SATA, SAS, USB 3.0, PCIe and IDE. An optional module will be available to support SCSI devices. Designed for the future, the Falcon-NEO includes I/O card ports to support new interface technologies as they arrive on the market. A Thunderbolt/USB 3.1 Gen 2/USB-C I/O card will be available in Q4 2018.

“Customers around the world have standardized on Logicube products as their primary forensic imaging tools, and we expect, with the launch of the Falcon-NEO, the trend will continue,” said Mr. Emrani. “Logicube offers the most comprehensive lineup of digital forensic products, including write-blockers in the industry. Combine that with our dedicated focus on great customer service, and short product delivery lead-times and it’s hard to imagine why anyone would choose an alternative,” continued Emrani.

The Forensic Falcon-NEO will be featured at the upcoming 2018 Enfuse Conference, May 21st-23rd in Las Vegas, Nevada and at the Techno Security Conference in Myrtle Beach, SC, June 4th-6th. The Falcon-NEO will begin shipping to customers in April 2018.
