The latest software version for your Logicube product is listed below. We provide frequent software updates to add features and improve performance. ZXi-10G software can be updated directly from ZXi-10G via an internet connection or via a USB drive. Please refer to the ZXi-10G users manual, the software update instructions or the readme.txt on this page or contact Logicube support for instructions.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Before updating the software, check the “BuildDate” of the software currently installed on your ZXi-10G. To find this information, go to the ZXi-10G STATISTICS screen then go to the ABOUT ZXI-10G tab.
ZXi-10G units with a serial number 181320 and above do not require a System Recovery.
If the “BuildDate” is 2023 or older: You must perform a System Recovery before the software update (From Network or From USB Drive). Download and read the “ZXi-10G SW Update Instructions” for step-by-step instructions.
If the “BuildDate” is 2024 or newer: You may proceed with a software update (From Network or From USB Drive) without performing a System Recovery.
